HOWDY!

so i have had a rather exciting time this week! firstly, me and the girls went up for a 3 day trip to london and on the sunday went to t4 (which was really good) and then i was back in london on the wednesday for a university open day :) i will be doing a seperate blog post about the trip with photo's etc, so i am now going to show you a few of things i picked up whilst in london:

River Island Maxi £24.99

now i know this may not be to everyone's taste, but i really like it and i think it will look amazing on holiday with a slight tan and paired with the sandals i also bought (see below)

Topshop £45

LOVE this dress. they also had it in white but i thought the pattern made it abit more unique. i wore this to t4 so you will see pictures of what it looks like one but a word of warning, it gives you an incredibly strange tan line :P!


Office £35

i thought these were so cute, really "boho chic" i haven't really seen anyone wearing these but they will be a definite must have for my holiday

Topshop Makeup £6 Flush

i was going to purchase neon rose but then decided against it as i thought this would be more wearable. love the cream to powder finish, will definitely be checking more of these out! :)

perfect for your handbag, lovely scent and really moisturising

Body Shop £9, Boots £6

i really needed a new night cream and my day cream was also running low. i have previously purchased the body shop moisturiser and loved how lightweight it felt...only problem is i really hate the scent ( it smells of nurofen YUCK!)

the night cream is nice however, it is rather sticky. i don't think i will be repurchasing this as i like my night cream to be slightly thicker but it is an okay product for the price.

Boots £3.49 buy one get one free

i have seen people rave about the hydralock lotion so thought i would check it out, as my skin has been feeling majorly dry recently. really like the 'fresh' scent and it definitely leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised. have yet to try out the body repair but will let you know my initial thoughts on that aswell! :)

so that's it for my little haul, hope you guys enjoyed :) i was initially going to spend all my money on the mac 'in the groove' collection but actually didn't even visit a mac store as my friends aren't really interested in makeup and tbh, there wasn't anything i desperately needed (i'm in london again in august so am going to have to buy even more to compensate this mac neglection :L)
